In compliance with section 5 of R.A. No. 9048 notice is hereby served to the public that MARILOU B. LADRILLO has filed with this office a petition for change of Child’s First name from “PASENAL” to” PASCUAL in the Birth Certificate of PASENAL CIOCO LADRILLO born on March 11, 1975 at Capiz Emmanuel Hospital, Roxas City, Capiz and whose parents are Bernardo Ladrillo Jr. and Sonia Cioco.
Any person adversely affected by said petition may file his/her written opposition with this office not later than (14) days from the date of this notice.
