In compliance with Section 5 of R.A. No. 9048 notice is hereby served to the public that FERDINAND JR. M. CAÑAS has filed with this office a petition for change of Child’s First Name from “FERDINAND” to “FERDINAND JR.” in the Birth Certificate of FERDINAND MAGPAYO CAÑAS born on March 28, 2001 at Brgy. Adlawan, Roxas City, Capiz and whose parents are Ferdinand Babela Cañas and Anily Ebacuado Magpayo.
Any person adversely affected by said petition may file his/her written opposition with this office not later than (14) days from date of this notice.
