In compliance with section 5 of R.A. 9048 notice is hereby served to the public that SHALAISHA KISH A.SO has filed with this office a petition for change of Child’s First name from “SHYLIESHA KISH” to “SHALAISHA KISH” in the Birth Certifi cate of SHYLIESHA KISH AMAN SO born on March 30, 2000 at Sibaguan Ilaya, Roxas City, Capiz and whose parents are Michael Buñi So and Memce Alleloja Aman.
Any person adversely affected by said petition may file his/her written opposition with this office not later than (14) days from the date of this notice.
