PONTEVEDRA, CAPIZ – The construction of the Roxas City Circumferential Road is almost done, Capiz 1st District Representative Emmanuel Billones said.
“Malapit na mahuman ang mga 150 meters nga portion,” Billones said.
He was referring to the 150-meter property owned by the Tan family at Barangay Balijuagan here.
He said it is still uncertain if the Tans would accept the offer.*
