THE Philippine Coast Guard- Capiz, in collaboration with the Special Operations Unit- Western Visayas and Coast Guard Medical Service Unit- WV, conducted the swift water rescue training. This program is designedto benefit the different municipalities in Capiz working towards disaster risk reduction and management. This initiative is alsoa significant step toward enhancing the community’s safety and preparedness to build a more resilient Capiz, which is ready to respond to water-related emergencies
and protect its citizens.
