Cops were able to seize more than P2 million worth of suspected shabu from a Philippine Army soldier and three other suspects after an anti-drug operation in the Municipality of Dumarao.
The Capiz Police Provincial Office (CPPO) identified the 62-year-old former soldier as alias “Noel”.
The former soldier and his companions with the aliases of “Owaw”, “Chard”, “Noel”, and Cecil were all arrested in a July 8, 2025 buy-bust operation in Barangay Dacuton.
The CPPO’s Provincial Drug Enforcement Unit in coordination with the Dumarao Municipal Police Station was able to seize approximately 43 plastic sachets of suspected shabu, which weighed around 300 grams.
