CPPO’s Bahaynihan gives new home to Pilar fire victim, family

ROXAS CITY—A fire victim from Pilar town is another beneficiary of the Bahaynihan project.

According to Capiz PPO PCADS Facebook page, he is a fisherman whose family has been left homeless a month after a fire razed their in Sitio Gintunuran in Brgy. Natividad.

The Pilar beneficiary is one of the two Bayanihan projects accomplished this month; the other is in Ivisan.

The project already benefited 43 beneficiaries in Capiz as of September 17

Thirty-seven houses have been turned over to the recipients while six are undergoing construction.

The Bahaynihan project is the Capiz Police Provincial Office’s project for homeless and indigent families. (Ralph John Mijares)
