ROXAS CITY—Of the 16 stations in the province of Capiz, the Cuartero Municipal Police Station (MPS) has had the highest crime solution efficiency to date.
This is according to the results presented during the 119th Police Service Anniversary awarding ceremony held on Aug. 3 at the Capiz Provincial Police Office in Bgy. Lanot here.
Cuartero MPS also posted the highest number of most wanted persons arrested.
Meanwhile, Maayon MPS had the highest crime clearance efficiency, while Pilar MPS had the lowest index crime rate.
President Roxas PS posted the highest number of arrested drug personalities and highest volume of drugs confiscated—while Dumarao had the highest percentage of firearms confiscated and most number of firearms accounted.
As to the highest number of cases filed, Panay filed the most in illegal gambling; Pilar, illegal fishing and Sapian, illegal logging.
