Notice is hereby given that the intestate estate of the late ADELINA LUCHING BAUTISTA has left a parcel land with TITLE NO. P-3723 (Lot No. 6336, C-2, PSC-27) located at Najus-an, Mambusao, Capiz containing an area of (7, 180) Sqm. more or less. That pursuant to the Sec. 1, Rule 74 of the revised Rules of Court of the Philippines, heirs of the said deceased hereby extrajudicially SETTLE AND PARTITION unto themselves the above mentioned property Equally. That herein after them the Seller, whose personal circumstances are mentioned above, and in consideration the sum of FIFTY THOUSAND (PHP 50,000.00) PESOS, paid by NILDA S. BAUTISTA referred as the BUYER and the receipt is hereby acknowledge to their entire and complete satisfaction do hereby SELL, TRANSFER and CONVEY the said parcel of land. Entered under notarial registry of Atty. Kareen Mae Nobleza Cabuslay on February 13, 2020, a notary public for and in the Province of Capiz as per Doc No. 258; Page No. 53; Book No. I; Series of 2020.
