Notice is hereby given that the intestate estate of the late JESUS OPANTO and CONSUELO PONSARAN OPANTO, left a parcel of land known as Lot No. 593, Cad- 527-D, situated in Brgy. Majanlud, Sapian, Capiz, declared under Tax Declaration No. 09-0972 and covered by OCT No. P-11717 in the name of Hrs. of Jesus Opanto. That for and in consideration of the sum of ONE HUNDRED TEN THOUSAND PESOS (PHP 110,000.00) Philippine Currency, to the heirs in hand paid to their full satisfaction by JEAN V. LAGUDA, married to Rodel B. Laguda. That the heirs, do hereby SELL, CEDE, TRANSFER and CONVEY by way of Absolute Sale unto the said JEAN V. LAGUDA, her heirs and assigns, a portion (Lot 593-B), consisting of THIRTY THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED FIFTY TWO (30,152) SQUARE METERS, of the above-described parcel of land. That the heirs warrant their title to the said Jean V. Laguda, with full right to dispose of the same
