That for and in consideration of the sum of FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND (PHP500,000.00) PESOS Philippine Currency in hand to him in full satisfaction and acknowledged to have received from the VENDEE, ARVIN SESE ARTILLERO, of legal age, by virtue of these presents, do hereby sell, convey and transfer unto the said Vendee, his heirs, assigns and successors in interest, the above described vehicle.
