Notice is hereby given that the intestate estate of the late EDWARD JOSEF C. BOFILL, JR., who died on August 29, 2010 at National Kidney & Transplant Institute, East Avenue, Quezon City, was left a one-half ½ share parcel of land known as Lot 1864-A-4 covered by TCT No. 089-2015001511, situated in Brgy. Linateran, Panay, Capiz, containing an area of 300 sq. m., more or less. That pursuant to Rule 74 section 4 of the Rules of Court, Josefa C. Bofill, hereby adjudicate unto herself the above-described parcel of land. Likewise, the heir do hereby Sell, Transfer and Convey the above described parcel of land with the sum of Eighty Thousand Pesos (80,000.00) Philippine Currency, unto Rolita Ubacan Fuentes, under Deed of Adjudication of the Estate with Deed of Absolute Sale executed by the sole heir on August 18, 2017.
