Notice is hereby given that the estate of the late ROQUETA ANDAYA LEGASPI, she left a claim at the Land Bank of the Philippines in the amount of PHP 194, 575.65 by virtue of the Agrarian Reform Program over T.C.T No. P-8209 and Php 415, 708.99 by virtue of Agrarian Reform Program over T.C.T. No. T-8806 situated at Poblacion Sur, Sigma, Capiz, is subject on Deed of Adjudication by her heirs. That pursuant to section I Rule 74 of the Rules of Court, Annabel L. Mocling, she do hereby adjudicate unto herself the above mentioned deposit in the landbank of the Philippines in accordance with the law without need of judicial proceedings. Entered as per Doc. No. 389, Page No. 79, Book No. XIII, Series of 2018 under the Notary Public of Atty. Phoebe Lou B. Dullano, for and in the City of Roxas.
