Notice is hereby given that the intestate estate of the late EDUARDO CALVEZ, has left a parcel of land known as Lot 1143-B-5, Psd-06-056992 covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. T-45932, situated in Brgy. Dayao, Roxas City, Capiz, containing
an area of 141 Sqm., more or less. That invoking Sec. 1, Rule 74 of the Rules of Court, the named heirs are hereby extra-judicially settle and adjudicate unto themselves the abovementioned property, subject to the reservations provided for under Sec. 4, Rule 74 of the Rules of Court. That the heirs, hereby agree to transfer all
their rights and participations over above-described parcel of land by way of absolute sale to MA. EDNALIN C. LAYAG, unto her heirs and assigns free from all liens and encumbrances. That the heirs hereby acknowledged receipt of One Hundred Twenty Four Thousand Pesos (P124,000.00) Philippine Currency, as consideration thereof. Entered under notarial registry of Atty. Edreilyn G.
