Notice is hereby given that the intestate estate of the late DEOLINDA FADERAN JORDA who died on August 8, 2019, and left a parcel of land known as Lot 7, Block 1, Psd-06-006378 with an area of 199 sq.m situated at Brgy. Tiza Roxas City, Capiz, covered by TCT No. T-31706. That the heir of the said deceased hereby adjudicate unto herself over the property and the sum of Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (P500,000.00), Philippine Currency, the described property do hereby SELL, TRANSFER and CONVEY unto the vendee Dan Jorda Satunero under Deed of Adjudication with Deed of Absolute Sale executed by the heir on Novemeber 6, 2023 and entered under notarial registry of Atty. Irene Bianca B. Distura, a notary public for the City of Roxas, Province of Capiz as per Doc. No. 425; Page No. 86; Book No. X; Series of 2023.
