VASQUEZ has left Three (3) Residential Condominiums Unit and described as follows: Condominium Certificate of Title No. 011-2019002502 located at Amalthea Building 5th Floor, Unit No. 509 with 2 Bedroom C with an area of 56.50 Sqm. more or less; Condominium Certifi cate of Title No. 011- 2019002503 located at Amalthea Building Covered Parking at Level 1, Perking Slot No.C-01 Building, 5th Floor, Unit No. 509 with 2 Bedroom C with an area of 12.50 Sqm. more or less and Condominium Certificate of Title No. 011- 2019003043 located at Amalthea Building , Roof Deck, Service Area No. 509 with 2 Bedroom C with an area of 5.00 Sqm. more or less. That pursuant to Sec. 1, Rule 74 of the revised Rules of Court of the Philippines, the heirs of the decedent do hereby adjudicate unto themselves the ½ undivided owned share of Jenneth B. Vasquez in favor of Jocelyn B. Vasquez and Jesus B. Vasquez now called the SELLERS desire to sell the above-described condominium unit, parking space and roof deck unto Josef Antonio M.
