Notice is hereby given that the intestate estate of that late LOLITA D. MARTE, who died on February
7, 2022 at Capiz Emmanuel Hospital, Inc., Roxas City was left a parcel of land known as Lot 1-B, Psd-06-
097044 covered by TCT No. 097- 2021000814 situated at Punta Tabuc, Roxas City containing an area of 96
sq.m., more or less. That the Heirs/ Vendors have offered to sell the aforementioned parcel of land to the
Vendee, May Flor C. Barlas in the amount of Two Hundred Thousand Pesos (P200,000) only and receipt is
hereby acknowledged by the Heirs/Vendors. Now the said property hereby sell, transfer and convey
unto the Vendee, subject to the terms and conditions referred to the Deed of Adjudication with Deed of Conditional Sale executed by and between the Heirs/Vendors on November 9, 2023 and enter under
notarial registry of Atty. Nichelle Hope A. Fara-on for and in the City of Roxas, Province of Capiz as per Doc. No.: 277; Page No.: 57; Book No.: I, Series of 2023.
