Notice is hereby given that the intestate estate of the late DIOSDADO GEQUILASAO, has left a parcel of land known as Lot 149-A, Psd-06- 039340 covered by TCT No. T-29503, situated in Brgy. San Julian, Tapaz, Capiz containing an area of 10,000 Sqm., more or less. That pursuant to Rule 74, Sec. 1 of the Rules of Court, the heirs hereby adjudicate unto themselves the above described parcel of land. That for and in consideration of the sum of Eighty Thousand Pesos (P80,000.00) Philippine Currency in hand paid in full to the VENDORS by SPOUSES DANNY C. GEQUILASAO and RHODA BUELAGALA GEQUILASAO, referred to as the VENDEE, the former hereby SELL, CEDE, TRANSFER and CONVEY by way of Deed of sale unto the latter, the above described parcel of land. Entered under notarial registry of Atty. Joy Marie M. Jayme- Geraldoy, a notary public for the City and Province of Iloilo as per Doc No. 175; Page No. 36; Book No. IV; Series of 2022.
