Notice is hereby given that the intestate estate of the late EXALTACION DIAZ DASAS has left a parcel land known as Lot No. 3182, of the Cadastral Survey of Panit-an, Capiz covered by TAX DECLARATION NO. 12-22-0256 situated in the Barangay of Quios, Panit-an, Capiz containing an area of 29, 054 Sqm., more or less. That pursuant to the provisions of Section 1, Rule 74 of the Rules of Court, the heirs hereby adjudicate unto themselves over the above described real property. That for and in consideration of the sum of One Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (155,000.00) in hand paid, they do hereby SELL, CEDE, TRANSFER and CONVEY the above-described landholding to Marivic P. Dolfo her heirs and assigns. Entered under notarial registry of Atty. Igmedio S. Prado Jr., a notary public for in the Province of Iloilo on September 1, 2022 as per Doc No. 239; Page No. 49; Book No. II; Series of 2022.
