Notice is hereby given that the intestate estate of the late HONORATO CORTEL, has left a parcel land known as Lot No. 1389 covered by Transfer Certificate of Tittle No. T-25502 situated in Panitan, Capiz, containing an area of 14, 406 Sqm., more or less. That invoking Sec. 1, Rule 74 of the Rules of Court, AMY DENAGA CORTEL, the heir, hereby adjudicate unto herself the ONE-HALF (1/2) undivided share in the above-described parcel of land, subject to reservation provided for under Sec 4 of Rule 74. That for and in consideration of the sum of ONE HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS (150,000.00), Philippines Currency, paid to her entire satisfaction by DESIDERIO D. DENAGA/VENDEE, do, by these presents, SELL, CEDE, TRANSFER and CONVEY, absolutely and irrevocably, unto the said VENDEE, his heirs, successors and assigns the whole of the above-described parcel of land, free from all liens and encumbrances. That the above described parcel of land is not tenanted and, therefore, this sale does not contravene the provisions of the Land Reform Code nor PD No. 27. Entered under notarial registry of Atty.
