Notice is hereby given that the intestate estate of the late PATROCENIA VILLAMOR has left a parcel land known as Lot No. 4982, Psc-27, C-50 covered by Transfer Cert. of Title No. P-6384, situated in Caidquid, Mambusao, Capiz, containing an area of 19,114 Sqm.
more or less. That invoking Sec. 1, Rule 74 of the Rules of Court, the heir of the said deceased hereby adjudicate unto herself over the abovedescribed parcel of land. That for and consideration of the sum of Fifty Thousand Pesos (50,000.00), paid to her the entire satisfaction by SPOUSES ROBERTO A. VILLAMOR and NELIZA VILLAS VILAMOR, do, by
the said parcel of land hereby SELL, CEDE, TRANSFER and CONVEY unto the said spouses. Entered under notarial registry of Atty. Rodriguez D. Dadivas, a notary public for and in
