Notice is hereby given that the intestate estate of the late SPOUSES NICEAS C. BIDIONES, M.D. and RAMONA VILLANOY BIDIONES, M.D. has left 7 (Seven) parcels land with TCT No. T-23530 (Lot No. 1118)
containing an area of (50, 157) Sqm. more or less; TCT No. T-23525 (Lot No. 1597) containing an area of (10, 507) Sqm. more or less; TCT No. T-23527 (Lot No. 1309) containing an area of (19, 630) Sqm. more or
less; TCT No. T-33672 (Lot No. 725) containing an area of (26,560) Sqm. more or less; TCT No. T-31051
(Lot No. 1072) containing an area of (14,205) Sqm. more or less; TCT No. T-31052 (Lot No. 1193) containing an area of (5,402) Sqm. more or less; TCT No. T-31050 (Lot No. 1445) containing an area of (3,875) Sqm. more or less all are situated in the Municipality of Sigma, Capiz.
That in consideration of the love and affection by the Donees namely: Jessa Mae T. Bidiones, Kristy T. Bidiones, Angelie T. Bidiones and Anne Therese T. Bidiones except the minor Anne Therese T Bidiones who
is represented by her mother Teresita Tianchon Bidiones, the Donor, Antonio V. Bidiones hereby waive
forever and absolutely all the rights, shares, interest and participation on the said parcels of lands in favor of his daughters into the following manners: To Jessa Mae T. Bidiones Lot No. 1597, covered by TCT No T-23525, with an area of 10,507 Sqm more or less; Kristy T. Bidiones Lot No.1309, covered by TCT No. T-23527, with an area of 19,630 Sqm more or less; Anne Theresa Bidiones Lot No 725, covered by TCT No. T-33672, with an area of 26,500 Sqm more or less, Lot No. 1072, covered by TCT No. T-31051, with an area of 14,205 sqm. More or less, Lot No. 1193, covered by TCT No. T-31052 with an area of 5,402 sqm. More or less and Lot 1445, covered by TCT No. T-31050, with an area of 3,875 sqm more or less. That the Donees hereby received and accepted the gifts and donations made by the donor.
