Notice is hereby given that the intestate estate of the late MARIA P. TOGOTO, has left a parcel of land
known as Lot No. 5059, covered by OCT No. 2023000028, situated at Pob. Ilaya, Cuartero, Capiz,
containing an area of 5,254 sq.m., more or less. That in accordance with the provisions of Section 1, Rule 74 of the Rules of Court, the parties hereby adjudicate unto themselves the above-described parcel of land with its improvements, free from any lien and encumbrance. That, Elmer P Togoto, hereby waive, renounce and quitclaim whatever rights, interest, and ownership he have in the above- described parcel of land in favor of his co-heir Nicolas P Togoto, his heirs, successors and assigns. That, Nicolas P Togoto, hereby manifest acceptance of the above grant and express his gratitude to his co-heir/grantor for his
