Notice is hereby given that the estate of the late ALICIA BASAMOT DALIVA, leaving a bank account deposit with the BDO-Roxas Avenue Branch under her Savings Account No. 003390258943, with a balance of Php425,663.61, Philippine Currency, subject for Deed of Adjudication with Waiver of Rights executed by the heirs on September 23, 2026 at Roxas City, Capiz and was stated in the said document that invoking Sec. 1, Rule 74 of the Rules of Court, the heirs hereby extra-judicially settle and adjudicate unto themselves the preceding estate of the late and Donnie Daliva Dellomos, do hereby Waive, Cede, Transfer all his rights, interests and participations over the said bank account deposit in favor of Danilo Daliva Dellomos Jr. Entered as per Doc. No. 87, Page No. 19, Book No. XXX, Series of 2026 under the Notary Public of Atty. Marites Dela Pieza-Layo, for and in the City of Roxas and Province of Capiz.
