Notice is hereby given that the intestate estate of the late TERESA DEMAFELIZ has left a parcel land with Tax Declaration No. 16-0069 (Lot No. 331-A) situated in the Barangay of San Fernando, Municipality of Pilar, Capiz containing an area of (14,796) Sqm. more or less. That pursuant to the Sec. 1, Rule 74 of the revised Rules of Court of the Philippines, heirs of the said deceased hereby adjudicate unto themselves and hereby to waive, renounce and release all rights, interest and participation of the said parcel of land in favor of her niece Maria Teresa V.
