Notice is hereby given that the intestate estate of the late TRINIDAD P. DIEL has left a parcel of land known as Lot No. 1036-B-4-1, Psd- 12483, covered by TCT NO. T-32510 situated at Tanque, Roxas City, Capiz containing an area of 289 sq.m. more or less. That the heirs have agreed to adjudicate into themselves the above described estate of the decedent and agreed that herein siblings will divide equally among themselves namely ARNIE P. DIEL, ANGELIE BLAZE P. DIEL, ANTONIO P. DIEL, JR. and LANCE ANDREI L. DIEL, while they also opt to divide the proceeds thereof in case there is ready buyer to the land and in which event, they are constituting and appointing their father, ANTONIO D. DIEL to be their
attorney-in-fact as represent us in their behalf to off er the land for sale any arrangement benefi cial to all them and to receive payments from the buyer thereof and if payment is made in check to deposit and/or encash the same at the designated bank and sign any documents or instrument necessary in connection therewith and to remit their shares of the proceeds of the sale or rental in case the property is leased and for such authority they CONFIRM and AFFIRM whatever acts done by said attorney-in-fact in accordance with the powers vested to him as if they are selling or renting the property above described.
