Notice is hereby given that the estate of the late DAMASO AGUIHAP, leaving a one-half (1/2) portion of a parcel of land described as follows: Lot No. 2377-A-1-G, Psd-06-013537, being a portion of Lot 2377-A-1, LRC Psd-276020, TCT No. T-23692, Area: 467 sq.m., more or less, situated in the Brgy. Lawa-an, Roxas City, Capiz, subject for Deed of Extra judicial Partition with Waiver of Rights executed by the heirs on Dec. 8, 2009 at Roxas City, Capiz and was stated in the said document that invoking the provision of Rule 74, Section 1 of the Rules of Court, the parties agree to divide, partition and adjudicate the same to and among themselves in pro indiviso equal shares the one-half (1/2) portion of the above-mentioned property. Likewise, without monetary and valuable consideration the heirs, do hereby Waive, Relinquish and Renounce whatever rights, shares and interest and partitions that they have over the above-mentioned property in favor of Oscar A. Aguihap, Sheena Lane Aguihap and Shella Mae Aguihap. Entered as per Doc. No. 233, Page No. 48, Book No. III, Series of 2009 under the Notary Public of Atty. Ferdinand Y. Samillano, for and in the City of Roxas and Province of Capiz.
