LAGOS, has left a certain cash amounted with a total of SIXTY TWO THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED TWO and SEVENTY ONE CENTAVOS (Php 62,732.71) deposited at the Bank of Commerce, Estancia Branch, Estancia, Iloilo under Savings Account No. 080- 20-009877-7 PHP. That the parties hereby agree to divide and adjudicate equally among themselves. Likewise, the parties are DO HEREBY WAIVE, RENOUNCE and QUITCLAIM all
