NARCISO E. AMOROSO, JR., who died on April 8, 2006 at Bilbao St., Roxas City, married to GERTRUDES M. AMOROSO, who died on January 1, 2015 at Bilbao St., Roxas City, ROLANDO E. AMOROSO, SR., who died on July 6, 2014 at Piña, Maayon, Capiz married to ELISA Q. AMOROSO, who died on February 23, 2013 at Capiz Emmanuel Hospital, Inc., Roxas City, RUBY A. NARCISO, who died on January 5, 1999 at St. Anthony College Hospital, Roxas City, Capiz, has left “UNCLAIMED COMPENSATION OF THE LAND OWNERS” with
the Department of Agrarian Reform. That pursuant to Section, Rule 74 of the Revised Rules of Court, the
parties do hereby ADJUDICATE unto themselves the “Unclaimed Compensation of the Landowners”
with the office of DAR. Subject of Deed of Extra-judicial Settlement of Claims before Notarial Registry of
Atty. Rodriguez D. Dadivas, as per Doc No.: 376; Page No.:77; Book No.: CVI and Series of 2023.
