Notice is hereby given that the intestate estate of the late NOVIE PAJARILLO MACAM, and IGNACIO F. MACAM, has left a parcel of land known as Lot No. 725, CADM-527-D covered by TCT No. 089-2021000761, situated in Brgy. Dapdapan, Sapian, Capiz, containing an area of 1,875 Sqm., more or less; Savings Deposit Account with the Land Bank of the Philippines-YMCA MLA Branch amounting to PHP 400,265.79, more or less; GSIS claims for their burial/funeral benefits and
PAG-IBIG for money claims. That in view of the foregoing, the parties hereto being of legal age and with full civil capacity to contract, hereby agree to adjudicate as they hereby adjudicate the above-described real and personal properties in EQUAL SHARE. That in view of the above facts and circumstances, they terminate co-ownership over the same, and hereby
