the deceased persons executed on December 19, 2016 and entered as per Doc. 353, Page No. 72, Book No. CLXXVII, Series of 2016 of notarial registry of Atty. Ely F. Azarraga Jr., a notary public for and in the City of Roxas, Province of Capiz.
