Notice is hereby given that the intestate estate of the late ROBINSONS BELVIS and BECHABE DIAZ-BELVIS has left a parcel land with Transfer Certificate Title No. T-27978 (Lot 73-A, Psd- 061912 situated in the Poblacion Municipality of Pontevedra, Capiz containing an area of (1,393) Sqm. more or less. That invoking of Sec. 1, Rule 74 of the Rules of Court, the parties hereby divide, partition and adjudicate extrajudicially between and unto the following heirs; HERMINIA B. ANACTA, MARYLOU ZABALA, NOVERMA B. ENERO, VISITACION B. DEQUINA, JOSEPHINE B. KING, ANTONIETTA B. MAGDAYAO, CHARLENE MAY LABISTE, representing JUDY BELVIS BULAO, JEANIETTE B. GENTILINI, SIMEON D. BELVIS, VERONICA BELVIS-LIPA and EXPEDITO BELVIS in equal shares pro indiviso over the said-described property. Entered under notarial registry of Atty. Kim Kervin B. Bonite, on May 03, 2021, a Notary Public for Roxas City and in the Province of Capiz as per Doc No. 9; Page No. 3; Book No. II; Series of 2021.
