Notice is hereby given that the intestate estate of the late NORMA LABTO, and ROLANDO LABTO, who died on December 04, 2020 at Capiz Emmanuel Hospital, Inc., Roxas City and September 12, 2017 at
Doctor’s Hospital, Capiz respectively, was left a parcel of land known as Lot No. 59, Block No. 49 situated at Brgy. Tacas, Jaro, Iloilo City with an area of 120 sq.m more or less.
That the heirs of the said deceased
do hereby adjudicated over the said
parcel of land in equal share and they
have agreed and covenanted to cede,
transfer, convey, waive, and renounce
their share, rights in favor of Evelyn
Labto Portem married to Jerico
Velasco Portem under Deed of ExtraJudicial Settlement of Estate with
Waiver of Rights executed by and
between the heirs on March 6, 2024
and entered under notarial registry
of Atty. Vincent Dela Torre Cerado,
a notary public for the City of Roxas
and Province of Capiz, as per Doc.
