Notice is hereby given that the intestate estate of the late STIG PETTERSEN who died on February
13, 2014, has left a certain conjugal parcel of land known as Lot 3, Block 24, covered by TCT No. 56306 situated at Brgy. Dinginan, Roxas City, Capiz with an area of 108 sq.m., more or less. That the parties have agreed to adjudicate among themselves the above-mentioned property, for and in consideration of the sum of Four Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (P 450,000.00), Philippine Currency, in hand, paid by the VENDEES, in cash, to the HEIRS-VENDORS, the property do hereby SELL, CEDE, TRANSFER and CONVEY unto the vendees acknowledging under Deed of Extra Judicial settlement of Estate with Deed of Absolute Sale executed by the parties on Nov. 7, 2023, under notarial registry of Atty. Rodriguez D. Dadivas a notary public for the City of Roxas, Province of Capiz as per Doc. No. 483; Page No. 98; Book No. CVI; Series of 2023.
