Notice is hereby given that the intestate estate of the late ANTONIO FLEJOLES, was left a parcel of land
known as Lot 1, Psd-06-091235 (AR) situated in Brgy. Maindang Cuartero, Capiz, containing an area
of 50,000 sq.m., more or less and in the sum of Eight Hundred Thousand (P800,000.00) Pesos of the above
described parcel of land, the portion equivalent to 21,113 sq.m. hereby, SELL, TRANSFER, and CONVEY unto VICENTE F. CAPUYAN JR., under Deed of Extra-Judicial Settlement of the Property with Sale Portion Thereof executed by heirs on Jan. 18, 2023 and entered under notarial registry of Atty. Judgee Earl Ross D. Del Castillo a notary public for and in the City of Roxas, Province of Capiz, as per Doc. No. 3; Page No. 2;
