Notice is hereby given that the intestate estate of the late SPOUSES JUANITO LEMA VITO and ESTELITA ARORONG VITO, has left a certain parcel of land known as Lot No. 2348 covered by OCT No. O-907, situated in Mambusao, Capiz, containing an area of 21,866 Sqm., more or less.
