01, 2024 at Emmanuel Hospital, Roxas City, Capiz, was left a bank account deposit with the RCBC under Account No. 0000001456415470 amounting to One Hundred Eleven Thousand Seven Hundred Twenty five Pesos and 88/100 (Php111,725.88). The heirs do hereby name, constitute, and appoint their mother Rosa A. Insular as theirtrue and lawful attorney-in-fact to act and do any transactions pertaining under Deed of Extra-Judicial Settlement of the State with Special Power of Attorney executed by the heirs on January 25, 2024 and entered under notarial registry of Atty.
