cash amount due to the estate of the deceased agent (Agents Provident Plan & Commissions) under the Sun Life Canada (Phils.) Inc., That the parties hereto being all of legal ages and with full civil capacity to contract, hereby, by these presents agree to divide and adjudicate, as they thereby divide and
adjudicate equally among themselves. Likewise, MA. GERELS JHEANNE G. BARGO, DO HEREBY WAIVE
AND FOREVER QUITCLAIM all her rights and interests over the said insurance benefits in favor of
