Notice is hereby given that the intestate estate of the late VILLARENA DANGAN GABRIEL, has left a parcel of land known as Lot No. 27 covered by Transfer Certificate of Tittle No. 089-2015001154, situated in Panay, Capiz, containing an area of 445 Sqm., more or less and several Bank Accounts, bearing ESP Account Number 0471-2575-91 with the Landbank; Peso Savings Account Number 009283-0831-41 with the Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) and Peso Savings Account Number 011220004918 with the Banco De Oro (BDO). That, the heirs, DANNY BERREY GABRIEL, DAVILYN DANGAN GABRIEL and JASTIN DANGAN GABRIEL, for and in consideration of the foregoing premises and invoking the new Rules
of Court, have agreed to settle the estate extrajudicially and to this effect, Davilyn Dangan Gabriel and Jastin Dangan Gabriel, do hereby solidarity and jointly waive and quitclaim any and all their rights, shares, interests and participation in the real property described above and such other properties included herein in favor of their father, DANNY BERREY GABRIEL.
