Notice is hereby given that the
intestate estate of the late LOENILA
LABANZA and REGALADO
JUMPAY, was left the following
properties: Lot No. 1853, Psc-27 with
an area of 7,992 sq.m., covered by
OCT No. P-5614; Lot 1894, Psc-27,
with area of 3,582 sq.m., covered by
OCT No. P-5694 and Lot 1855, Psc-27
with an area of 7,833 sq.m., covered
by OCT No. P-5613, all the said
properties are situated at Brgy. Bating,
Municipality of Mambusao, Capiz.
That the parties are hereby SETTLE,
ADJUDICATE and PARTITION, the
above-described properties among
themselves in pro-indiviso equal
shares. Likewise, the said heir are
hereby SELL, CEDE, CONVEY and
TRANSFER the portion of the said
parcel of land equivalent to 7,403
sq.m. in sum of Two Hundred Fifty
(P250,000.00), Pesos unto Fredelino
L. Jumbas, vendee under Deed of
Extrajudicial Settlement and Partition
of the Estate with Sale executed by the
parties on Feb 07, 2022 and entered
under notarial registry of Atty. Sheila
Arenajo-Artillero a notary public for
the City of Roxas, Province of Capiz
as per Doc. No. 189; Page No. 39;
Book No. LVI; Series of 2022.
