Notice is hereby given that ONNY BUHAT, who died intestate on January 21, 2005 at Bacolod Sanitarium Hospital, Bacolod City. The said deceased has left a parcels f land known as Lot No. 8-C-2, pt., PSD-06 016000, under TCT No. T-28616, situated at Brgy. Calitan, Panay, Capiz, with an area of 490 sq.m,. more or less and Lot 765- E, Psd-06-048148, under TCT No. CLOA-23472 situated at Brgy. Sta. Cruz Ivisan, Capiz, with an area of 1, 500 sq.m., more or less. That invoking to Section 1, Rule 74 of the Rules of Court, the Vendors, they being all of legal ages, and has full civil capacity to contract with, do by these presents, hereby SETTLE, ADJUDICATE and PARTITION among themselves the above- described properties, specially One- half (1/2) share of the said parcels of land in pro-indiviso equal share. That for and in consideration of the sum of One Hundred Twenty Thousand (P120,000.00) Pesos, Philippine Currency in hand paid and delivered by the Vendee to the Vendors, receipt of which amount hereby confessed and acknowledged to full and entire satisfaction latter, do by these presents, hereby Cede, Sell, Convey and Transfer the said above-described property. Entered under the Notarial Registry of Atty. Sheila Arenajo- Artillero a Notary Public for Roxas City and Province of Capiz as per Doc. No. 112, Page No. 24, Book No. LIV, series of 2021.
