Notice is hereby given that the intestate estate of the late SPOUSES NICOMEDES BASE and MARGARITA G. BASE, has left a certain parcel of land known as Lot No. 3221-D-2, Psd-06-030691 covered by Transfer Certificate of Tittle No. T- 26906, situated in Barangay Pawa, Panay, Capiz, containing an area of 2,707 Sqm., more or less. That for and in consideration of the foregoing premises and invoking the provision of section 1, Rule 74 of the Rules of Court, the parties hereto have agreed as they do hereby agree to divide and partition the above described parcel of land adjudicating as they do hereby adjudicate the same to and among themselves. That, MA. FE B. MALTO, TEODORO G. BASE, NOEL G. BASE, FATIMA BASE MARFIL and JUDITH BASE ABALLE hereby WAIVE and RENOUNCE their share in the estate in favor of their siblings. That for and in consideration of the foregoing premises and invoking the provision of Section 1, Rule 74 of the Rules of Court, the other six (6) siblings hereto have agreed as they do hereby agree to divide and partition the above described parcel of land adjudicating as they do hereby adjudicate the same to and among themselves in the following manner based on the subdivision plan dated December 10, 2021, prepared by Geodetic Engineer Mark Joenel B. Pimentel, a copy is hereto attached as Annex “A”;
To: Rito G. Base -LOT 3221-D-2-A with an area of 204 sq.m.
To: Danilo G. Base -LOT 3221-D-2-B with an area of 204 sq.m.
To: Epifania B. Berico -LOT 3221-D-2-C with an area of 408 sq.m.
To: Nora Base Verbo -LOT 3221-D-2-D with an area of 204 sq.m.
To: Regina Base Laovenia -LOT 3221-D-2-E with an area of 243 sq.m.
To: Joel G. Base -LOT 3221-D-2-F with an area of 1,444 sq.m.
That the said parties warrant that they have made no other donation to any other persons involving this property, and that this is the first and only donation they made for the year of 2022.
