Notice is hereby given that the intestate estate of the late JAIME A. CAREOS has left a parcel of land known as Lot No. 1948-B, covered by Original Certificate of Title No. P-12084 situated in Brgy. Tumalulod
II, Dumarao, Capiz containing an area of 44,107 sq.m. more or less. Invoking the provisions of Section 1, Rule 74 of the Rules of Court of the Philippines, the Heirs-Vendors do hereby extrajudicially settle, partition, divide and adjudicate unto themselves the above-described parcel of land in pro indiviso equal shares, That further for and in consideration of the sum of TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (P200,000.00), Philippine Currency, in hand and cash paid by the Vendee, Ronito Delgado Hinguillo and receipt which sum of money is hereto acknowledged by the Heirs-Vendors, who by these presents do hereby SELL, TRANSFER and CONVEY absolutely and unconditionally their ownerships, interests, rights and partitions in the above-described parcel of land unto the Vendee, his heirs, successors and assigns. Entered under notarial registry of Atty. Remeneo D. Valenzuela, a notary public for and in the City of Roxas, Province of Capiz on November 19, 2021 as per Doc No. 2084; Page No. 41; Book No. VI; Series of 2021.
