Notice is hereby given that the estate of the late SPOUSES ANTONIO PANAG and REMEDIOS PANAG leaving a parcel of land described as follows: Lot No. 2144, Pls-527-D, C-2, OCT No. P-6031, Area: 925 sq.m. more or less, is subject of Deed of Extrajudicial Partition with Waiver of Rights by their heirs. That for and in consideration of the foregoing premises and invoking the provision of Section 1, rule 74 of the Rules of Court, the parties hereto have agreed to adjudicate among themselves the above-mentioned 300 sq.m. portion of the subject property. Likewise, the heirs do hereby Cede, Transfer and Convey, absolutely and unconditionally, now and forever, by way of Extra Judicial Partition with Waiver of Rights, their share over the above-described parcel of land including improvements standing thereon unto the Heirs/Assignee, Beatriz Panag.
