Pawa, Panay, Capiz with an area of 219,355 SQ.M. more or less; Lot No. 848- A and the building situated thereon, under TCT No. 097-2013000097 and covered Tax Declaration No. 597 situated at Brgy. Inzo Arnaldo Village, Roxas City with an area of 2,518 SQ.M. more or less; Lot No. 848- C and the building situated thereon under TCT No. 097-2013000099 and covered Tax Declaration No. 577 situated at Brgy. Inzo Arnaldo Village, Roxas City with an area of 1,409 SQ.M. more or less; One-half (1/2) Lot No. 848-D under TCT No. 097-2013000098 situated at Brgy. Inzo Arnaldo Village, Roxas City with an area of 239 SQ.M. more or less and Lot No. 536, and the building situated covered by TCT No. 47182 and covered Tax Declaration No. 256 situated at Brgy. I, Roxas City with an area of 928 SQ.M. more or less.
