Notice is hereby given that the intestate estate of the late OSWALDO D. DEGALA and ERLINDA T. DEGALA has left a parcel of land identified as Cadastral Lot No. 955-C located at Poblacion Elizalde, Pres. Roxas, Capiz, containing an area of 259 Sqm., more or less, tax declared and covered in the name of Erlinda T. Degala under Tax Declaration No. 01-0257 and Original Certificate of Title No. P-13618. That pursuant to Section 1 Rule 74 of the Revised Rules of Court of the Philippines, the parties herein agreed to adjudicate the above mentioned lot and partition to ALLEN OTHELO T. DEGALA; ARIEL T. DEGALA and MA. ARLENE T.
DEGALA the portion of Cadastral Lot No. 955-C with an area per 86 Sqm., more or less each. Entered under notarial registry of Atty. Mark Dela Borres, a notary public for and in the City of Roxas, Province of Capiz on September 2, 2022 as per Doc No. 342; Page No. 70; Book No. XXVI; Series of 2022.
