Notice is hereby given that the intestate estate of the late ROSARIO FERMOCIL FALSIS and ESPIRITU F. FALSIS, has left certain rights and properties including parcels of land known as Lot No. 2261, Psc-30 covered by OCT No. P-2719, containing an area of 42,116 Sqm., more or less; Lot No. 2259-Psc-30 covered by OCT No. P-8177, containing an area of 4,567 Sqm., more or less and Lot No. 2321- Psc-30 covered by OCT No. P-2582, containing an area of 1,217 Sqm., more or less all situated in Duran, Dumalag, Capiz. That pursuant to Rule 74, Sec. 1 of the Rules of Court, parties hereby ADJUDICATE UNTO
THEMSELVES all rights and properties in the form of money, deposits and other benefits stated above belonging to the deceased. The parties hereafter WAIVE THEIR RIGHTS over the aforementioned rights/properties as adjudicated as follows:
A. ROMELIE CATALINA LOISE F. JAVIER, ARSENIO FALSIS, ALEJANDRA FALSIS and CRISTINA JABANO FALSIS in consideration of their love and affection hereby WAIVES/TRANSFER/CONVEYS all their rights and interests over a portion of Lot No. 2261 identifi ed as Lot No. 2261-A with an area of 27,115 Sqm., more or less in favor of GREGORIO J. FALSIS, ALFONSO J. FALSIS, JERRY J. FALSIS, EDWIN J. FALSIS and RIZALITO J. FALSIS, as they hereby accept the generosity and property, and agree to FURTHER DIVIDE the above-mentioned lot equally among themselves as follows:

JAVIER, ARSENIO FALSIS, ALEJANDRA FALSIS and CRISTINA JABANO FALSIS in consideration of their love and aff ection hereby WAIVES/TRANSFER/CONVEYS all their rights and interests over a portion of Lot No. 2259 in favor of GREGORIO J. FALSIS, ALFONSO J. FALSIS, JERRY J. FALSIS, EDWIN J. FALSIS and RIZALITO J. FALSIS, as they hereby accepts the generosity and property, and
agree to further divide the 4,567 Sqm., area of the said Lot above equally among themselves as follows:

FALSIS and CRISTINA JABANO FALSIS in consideration of their love and affection hereby WAIVES/ TRANSFER/CONVEYS all their rights and interests over a the entire 1,217 Sqm. area of Lot No. 2321 in favor of ALFONSO J.
