Notice is hereby given that the intestate estate of the late PIO M. LAGUDA, has left a Bank Deposit
with the Philippine National Bank (PNB) with the amount of $3,854.28 USD. That by virtue of Section 1, Rule 74 of the Rules of Court, Bernardita L. Laguda, Jonathan L. Laguda, Phoebe L. Valencia and
Jasper L. Laguda, hereby adjudicate unto themselves the above-mentioned bank deposit in equal share, free from all liens and encumbrances. Entered under notarial registry of Atty. Mark Anthony V.
