Notice is hereby given that the intestate estate of the late EDUARDO V. DE GUZMAN, has left a parcel
of land known as Lot No. 8, Block 7, Psd-06-063438, covered by TCT No. 097-2014000523, situated in
Brgy. Mongpong, Roxas City, Capiz, containing an area of 150 sqm., more or less; and he also has left Savings Individual Account with Account No. 003390171880 in Banco de Oro at Mckinley St., Roxas City with an account Balance of P1,163,587.04 and Direct Deposit Account with Account No. 003390151588 in Banco de Oro at Mckinley St., Roxas City, Capiz with an account Balance of P109,945.67. That pursuant to Rule 74, Sec. 1 of the revised Rules of Court, the heirs of the deceased, with full capacity to contract, do hereby adjudicate unto themselves the above described parcel of Land and all the amount, rights, interests of the deceased in the above- described Bank Accounts in equal shares.
