died on January 12, 2014 at St. Anthony College Hospital, Roxas City, Capiz, has left a parcel of land known as Lot 1738-C, Psd-06-047926 covered by TCT No. T-32572, situated in Brgy. Tincopon, Panitan, Capiz, containing an area of 62,962 Sqm., more or less. That for and in consideration of the sum of Php600,000.00, Phil. Currency, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged in full from RAY V. AMATA and JACKYLINE D. DEGALA (represented by her Attorney-in-Fact, Juri D. Degala), do hereby SELL, TRANSFER,
CONVEY and DELIVER by way of Absolute Sale unto the said BUYERS, their heirs, assigns and successors in interest a portion of 29,641 Square Meters with all the improvements and accessories therein.
